Reporting objectionable content
AudioSocial has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any prompt or audio response can be reported from inside the app:
- Tap the … menu on the prompt or response you want to report.
- Choose Report.
- Pick the reason that best describes the problem — spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, violence, misinformation, copyright, or other — and add any detail that will help us understand it.
- Submit. The report goes straight to our moderation queue.
You can also email [email protected] if you would rather not report in the app, or if the content is not something you can reach from the feed.
What happens after you report something
We act on every report of objectionable content within 24 hours. We review the reported prompt or response, remove it if it breaks our Terms of Service, and remove the account of the person who posted it when the violation warrants it. Reports are reviewed by a person, not only by automated filters.
Blocking someone
If another user is bothering you, you can block them without needing to file a report:
- Tap the … menu on any of their prompts or responses, or open their profile.
- Choose Block user.
Blocking takes effect immediately. Their content disappears from your feed straight away, they can no longer interact with you or your content, and we are notified so we can review their account. You can unblock someone later from Profile › Blocked Users.
Account and data
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its content from Profile › Settings › Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your recordings from AudioSocial.
Requesting your data
Email [email protected] to request a copy of the data associated with your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Common questions
My recording will not upload

I cannot record anything
AudioSocial needs microphone access to record. Grant it in iOS Settings › AudioSocial › Microphone, then reopen the app.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link at the email address on your account.
